Since 2000, the INTECHPLAST Production and Technical Association has been one of the leaders in the production of PVC moldings in Russia. Relying on modern technology, tracking the trends in the market of building and finishing materials, INTECHPLAST has always been at the forefront of innovative developments.
It was this strategy that made it possible not only to continue the production in traditional directions for the company, but also to introduce a fundamentally new product to the market — the moisture-resistant composite door named KAPEL.
For the first time, the KAPEL composite door was presented at 2011 MosBuild Exhibition in Moscow. Due to its unique consumer characteristics and competitive price, it has become popular in the Russian market, as evidenced by constantly increasing demand. Since 2013, the composite door began to be exported to neighboring countries (Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan).
In 2014, in addition to composite doors, INTECHPLAST introduced a new line of products to the market: frame interior doors (KAPELLI connect), where the innovative EUROCOMPOSIT material, the company “Know-How”, was used for the first time.
At the same time, the door direction was separated into a separate KAPELLI brand and a separate manufacture appeared — the KAPELLI Doors Factory.
Multifunctionality and reliability in operation, aesthetic appeal and optimal quality-to-price ratio — these are the requirements of our time for doors and entry elements. These aspects were put at the head of the technological developments of the KAPELLI Doors Factory.
The updated lines of moisture-resistant composite doors KAPELLI classic and KAPELLI connect were presented in 2014 at the BATIMAT Exhibition in Moscow and at the international exhibition in Tehran (Iran). The results of the exhibitions showed that modern technologies, combined with high quality standards are the strategy that will provide a positive result.
Due to the unique properties of the used materials, all doors by the KAPELLI Factory have such characteristics as 100% moisture resistance, increased thermal insulation, sound insulation, and durability.
The doors of the KAPELLI classic series are very relevant when assembling social facilities, where it is important to ensure reliability, comply with all sanitary standards and not exceed the budget.
To date, more than 1000 facilities have been equipped, among which, for example, the Research Institute of Emergency Aid named after A.V. Sklifosovsky, the Rostov-Arena Stadium, the airports of Platov in Rostov-on-Don and Sheremetyevo in Moscow, the Artek Children's Camp and the Burdenko Hospital. You can find more information about the performed projects in the corresponding section of the site.
The KAPELLI Factory follows all the trends of the modern market and offers the most relevant solutions at a competitive price. The KAPELLI Factory products received honourable distinctions of “100 Best Products of Russia” in 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018. The GAZPROMCERT voluntary certification was carried out, the KAPELLI doors are included in the unified register of goods recommended for assembly. The CE certificate is received.
Since 2017, the KAPELLI Doors Factory has been actively exporting its products to Israel, the UAE, Kuwait, and Oman. It is a regular exhibitor at THE BIG5, the largest construction exhibition in the Middle East.
At the factory, all KAPELLI door components are manufactured: PVC sheets, door frames, platbands, finishing elements — this allows the maximum control of the entire process.
A processing system has been introduced for production waste with its secondary use, which brings the enterprise to the level of environmentally friendly waste-free manufacture being required in modern conditions.
Since 2019, the KAPELLI Doors Factory has been participating in the Lean Manufacturing Government Program.
